The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is developed by the joint design team of the former Ministry of Machinery and the Ministry of Electric Power according to the requirements of industry authorities, power users, and design institutions.
The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is developed by the joint design team of the former Ministry of Machinery and the Ministry of Electric Power according to the requirements of industry authorities, power users, and design institutions. It is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear that meets the national conditions, has relatively high technical performance, can adapt to the development needs of the electricity market, and can compete with existing imported products.
This device is suitable for power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and high-rise buildings. In places like large power plants or petrochemical systems with high degrees of automation and requiring computer interfaces, it is used as a low-voltage distribution device for three-phase AC 50(60)Hz, rated operating voltage 380V, rated current up to 4000A, for power generation and supply systems, motor centralized control, and reactive power compensation.
This device complies with IEC439-1 and GB7251.1 standards.
- The main frame is made of 8MF steel, with φ9.2mm mounting holes on two sides of the steel profiles, spaced at 20mm and 100mm respectively, making internal installation flexible and convenient.
- The main frame is designed in two assembly forms: a fully assembled structure and a partially welded structure (side frames and crossbeams), for users to choose from.
- The functional compartments of the device are mutually isolated, divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms. Each room operates relatively independently.
- The horizontal main busbars are arranged flat at the back of the cabinet to enhance the busbars' ability to withstand electrical forces, which is a basic measure to equip the device's main circuit with high short-circuit strength.
- The design of the cable compartment allows cables to be easily routed in and out from both top and bottom.
