New Energy Series
The New Energy Series represents a specialized line of electrical components designed for green energy systems. As the world shifts from fossil fuels to renewable energy, traditional power grids must evolve. Solar panels and wind turbines generate direct current (DC) power. This type of power fluctuates heavily based on the weather. Standard grid equipment cannot safely handle these unique electrical loads. The New Energy Series bridges this gap by offering advanced protection and control devices tailored for solar (PV), wind, and energy storage systems (ESS).
The photovoltaic grid-connected cabinet is suitable for power users such as ground centralized, ground string-type, and ground distributed systems, with AC 50Hz, rated operating voltage of 380V, and rated operating current of 2000A distribution systems. It is used for power conversion, distribution, and control in power, lighting, and distribution equipment.
The BWX-20 photovoltaic grid-connected box is suitable for photovoltaic string power generation systems and serves as an important power protection component between string inverters and the grid system. The circuit protection section uses a photovoltaic grid-connected circuit breaker and a ring-type isolating switch, with a two-level lightning protection system.
The LX-AC photovoltaic AC combiner box is an important component suitable for photovoltaic string power generation systems, connecting string inverters with AC distribution cabinets or step-up transformers.
The Hua-style box transformer is developed by the Chinese people by drawing on the excellent heat dissipation performance of American transformers and the comprehensive protection functions of European transformers, optimizing a compact structural design.
The prefabricated smart substation, also known as a prefabricated cabin, is a further development of smart substation technology. To standardize construction, improve project quality, safety, and efficiency, the State Grid Corporation has initiated the construction of standardized, delivery-oriented smart substations.
The box-type transformer is divided into three parts: the high-voltage chamber, the low-voltage chamber, and the transformer. It can be arranged in a ‘Eye’ shape or a ‘Product’ shape.
A combined transformer is a transformer that integrates a step-up transformer body, switching equipment, fuses, tap changers, and corresponding auxiliary devices. The high-voltage switches and fuses are all installed inside the oil tank, resulting in relatively small overall dimensions.
