Core Advantage
Core

Selected high-quality imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with a full miter joint structure. The core column is bound with F-class varnish tape. The core surface is coated with epoxy resin, reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and core noise. The clamps and fasteners undergo special surface treatment, further improving the appearance quality.

High-voltage winding

Vacuum cast with filler epoxy resin, greatly reducing partial discharge, improving coil electrical strength, glass fiber mesh boards are filled inside and outside the winding to enhance the mechanical strength of the coil, improve the product's ability to withstand sudden short circuits, and the coil will never crack.

Low-voltage winding

The low-voltage winding adopts a foil structure, solving the axial spiral angle problem when using wire winding, making the ampere-turns more balanced. At the same time, the coil uses axial cooling channels to enhance heat dissipation, and DMD epoxy resin prepreg cloth is used between winding layers, with overall curing and forming.
