All technical parameters meet national standards, featuring a complete structure, attractive appearance, high electrical performance, high protection level, safety and reliability, and easy maintenance. It is an ideal distribution device for low-voltage power supply systems in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, machinery, and light textile industries. This product complies with IEC-439 and GB7251.1 standards.
- GCK1 and GCJ1 have a modular assembly structure, with the basic frame made of special profiles, assembled together.
- The cabinet frame, component dimensions, and opening sizes change according to the basic module E=25mm.
- In the MCC scheme, the cabinet is divided into five areas (compartments): horizontal busbar area, vertical busbar area, functional unit area, cable compartment, and neutral grounding busbar area. Each area is isolated from the others to ensure normal circuit operation and effectively prevent the spread of faults.
- Since all structures of the frame are fastened together with screws, welding deformation and stress are avoided, improving precision.
- Components are highly interchangeable, widely applicable, and highly standardized.
- The functional units (drawers) are operated with a lever for pulling out and inserting, and with rolling bearings, the operation is easy and reliable.
