GGD AC LV fixed type switchgear is applicable to the distribution system with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated current to 3150A below in power station, substation, plant enterprise etc., used for power transfer, distribution and control for power, lighting and distribution devices.

The product has characteristics of high breaking capacity, fine dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electric project, convenient combination, better serial practicability, novel structure and high protection grade etc.
It accords with the standards IEC439 "Low voltage complete switch device and control device" and GB7251.1 "Low voltage complete switch device" etc.
- The cabinet of the GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is designed in a universal cabinet form. The frame is partially welded and assembled using 8MF cold-bent steel. Frame parts and dedicated supporting components are produced by designated steel manufacturers to ensure the cabinet's precision and quality. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, with 20 module mounting holes, providing high universality.
- To fully consider heat dissipation during cabinet operation, different numbers of cooling slot holes are provided at both the top and bottom of the cabinet.
- According to modern industrial product design requirements, the cabinet's exterior and the division dimensions of each part are designed using the golden ratio, making the entire cabinet aesthetically appealing.
- The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a pivot-type movable hinge, making installation and removal convenient. A mountain-shaped edge rubber strip is embedded along the door edge, and when the door is closed, there is a certain compression range between the strip and the frame, preventing direct collision between the door and the cabinet while improving the door's protection level.
- Instrument doors housing electrical components are connected to the frame using multi-strand soft copper wires. The mounting components inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet.
- The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, facilitating on-site assembly and adjustment of the main busbar. The four corners of the cabinet top are fitted with lifting rings for hoisting and transportation.
- The cabinet's protection level is IP30, and users can choose between IP20 and IP40 according to environmental needs.
