This intelligent integrated substation is a domestically produced American-stHCe box transformer launched by our company. As an important power supply unit in a cable-based distribution network, this product is a pre-assembled set that integrates high-voltage control, protection, transformation, and distribution equipment, and is widely used in urban and rural distribution networks. The product places high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses in transformer oil and is available in two structural types: combined with the transformer tank or in a separate tank. The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure and is equipped with components such as an oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and oil drain valve to monitor the transformer's operating condition. The product comes in ring network, terminal, and power supply types. To make this product better suited to the practical requirements of China's power grid, our company has also introduced a plug-in dry-type fuse, whose fuse melting does not affect the performance of the transformer oil. According to the complexity of low-voltage feed-out requirements, this product is available in three enclosure types: standard, reinforced, and comprehensive, allowing users and design units to have more flexible and economical selection options.

- Low-voltage side is equipped with an electronic phase loss protector, which can quickly disconnect the main switch when abnormal voltage occurs in the system;
- High-voltage side uses oil-immersed load switches or SF6 load switches, can be upgraded to electric operation, laying the foundation for distribution network automation;
- Uses oil-immersed S9 or the higher-performance S11 series transformers.
