Product Overview
High-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation is a new product developed by our company. It integrates the advantages of American, European, and domestic prefabricated substations, making it suitable for the specific conditions of China. It employs environmentally friendly materials, new materials, new processes, and advanced components along with high- and low-voltage automation technology. The high-voltage (12kV) system meets the power department requirements for distribution network automation, while the low-voltage (0.4kV) system meets the needs for intelligent management of residential neighborhood properties. The prefabricated substation can be managed through a 'four-remote' (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote adjustment, remote control) system via a host computer located at a central station or property management office. When multiple intelligent prefabricated substations are connected to form a 'hand-in-hand' ring network supply, with the support of proprietary software, functions such as automatic fault section location, fault elimination, load transfer, and network reconstruction can be performed, ensuring power restoration within one minute. This series of intelligent prefabricated substations is a complete intelligent power distribution and supply unit optimized from the combination of high-voltage units, power transformers, low-voltage units, metering units, and intelligent systems. It has multiple functions, wide applications, safe and reliable operation, and an attractive appearance, and also features easy installation, small footprint, low maintenance, low investment, quick results, and long service life. It can be used as power distribution equipment for urban buildings, residential neighborhoods, municipal facilities, factories, mines, highways, docks, oil fields, and temporary construction power needs.
