Solid insulated ring main unit is a fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance-free solid insulated vacuum switchgear. All highvoltage ive parts are cast with epoxy resin materials with excellent insulation properties, integrating the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, mainconductive crcuit, and insulating supports into a single unit Functionalunits are connected via a fully insulated solid busbar.
Product Overview
The solid insulated ring main unit adopts solid insulation material as the medium, eliminating the disadvantages of traditional gas-insulated equipment such as SF6 gas greenhouse effect, complicated gas monitoring management, and high requirements for equipment installation environment. The solid insulation uses high-quality epoxy resin as the insulation material, which has excellent electrical performance, high mechanical strength, and good thermal stability. The vacuum circuit breaker is used as the functional unit, with a fully shielded and fully insulated design. All live parts are wrapped with solid insulation material, making the main circuit live parts completely isolated from the air, with an insulation level that does not decrease even in humid and polluted environments. The grounding switch is equipped with a special closing device, enabling reliable short-circuit closing capability.
The product is suitable for power distribution systems with rated voltage of 12kV and rated frequency of 50Hz, widely used in urban distribution networks, industrial and mining enterprises, power systems, infrastructure facilities, and other fields. It can meet the needs of various wiring modes such as single power supply, dual power supply, and ring network power supply. The product meets the standards of IEC62271-200 and GB3906.
