Technical Description
The gas-insulated high-voltage AC metal-enclosed switchgear is installed on a galvanized sheet frame. The switch units are housed within SF6 gas compartments, which are made of 3mm thick corrosion-resistant and non-magnetic stainless steel plates. The SF6 gas compartment is a "sealed pressure system" that can operate for 30 years under normal working conditions. The normal operating pressure of SF6 gas is 0.15~0.4 bar. The gas compartment is equipped with a pressure relief device to ensure that gas can be released from the bottom or the rear when the pressure is too high.
Switch Unit
The load switch adopts a coaxial rotating double-break design, which operates through the same operating hole in conjunction with a sliding plate, so the switch can only be in one of three states at any time: "closed, open, or grounded," completely preventing misoperation.
Operating Mechanism
The switch operating mechanism is installed at the front outside of the gas compartment, treated with special processes for rust prevention, which facilitates manual operation and maintenance, and can also easily be integrated for electric operation.
