Amorphous Alloy Oil Immersed Transformer

Customizable

The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a product manufactured using standardized modules, developed with comprehensive improvements based on the MNS series low-voltage switchgear of ABB Switzerland. This device is suitable for systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated operating voltage of 660V or below.

Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Core Transformer
Product Overview

This transformer can replace transformers with silicon steel sheet cores and is widely used in outdoor distribution systems. The extensive operation of this product on the grid can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce air pollution. This product is particularly suitable for situations with insufficient electric power, load fluctuations, and where insulation media are not affected by atmospheric pollution. Therefore, it can operate in humid environments, making it an ideal distribution device in urban and rural distribution networks.

Core Advantage
  • The transformer core is wound with amorphous alloy strips, reducing no-load loss by about 75% compared to S9 type transformers.
  • Copper foil coils are used in the low voltage side to improve the transformer's short-circuit withstand capability.
  • The transformer connection group uses Dyn11 to reduce harmonic impact on the power grid and improve power supply quality.
  • Vacuum oil filling is used to completely eliminate air bubbles in the coils, ensuring stable insulation performance.

Note 1: When the core is a three-phase three-limb type, a Yyn0 connection group may also be used as needed.

Note 2: For three-phase transformers with a rated capacity of 500 kVA or less, the load loss value above the diagonal line in the table applies to the Dyn11 connection group, while the load loss value below the diagonal line applies to the Yyn0 connection group.

Note 3: Other loss values may also be selected if required by the user.

Note 4: Three-phase transformers with other high-voltage tap ranges can be provided according to user requirements.
