Box-type Transformer
Product Overview

The box-type transformer is divided into three parts: the high-voltage chamber, the low-voltage chamber, and the transformer. It can be arranged in a 'Eye' shape or a 'Product' shape.

The interior and exterior surfaces of the box are smooth, free of rust, coating peeling, and impact damage. The coating layer is firm and uniform, without noticeable contrast or reflection.

The base of the box and all exposed metal parts are treated for corrosion and rust protection and coated with a durable protective layer.

The top cover of the box is equipped with a rainproof sealing plate and square eaves; the double-layer structure of the top cover can prevent thermal radiation.

The design dimensions of the transformer doors match the dimensions of the installed equipment. The doors use internal hinges, and all doors on the box open outward, with an opening angle of more than 90°.

The box is made of stainless steel plates, and the paint is imported automotive paint, all applied using a baking finish method. It is smoke-proof, moisture- and heat-resistant, mold-resistant, and has strong outdoor weather resistance.

Core Advantage
  • Fully insulated sectionalized combined transformer: The 12kV and 40.5kV outgoing lines use fully insulated cable prefabricated joints and touchable plug-in arrester, with no exposed high-voltage live parts, offering high protection level and reliable safety;
  • Fully insulated sectionalized combined transformer: The transformer and high-voltage components are placed in two mutually independent enclosures. This not only solves the problem of oil contamination of the transformer but also allows separate maintenance of the high-voltage components and the transformer;
  • The 12kV product uses plug-in fuses with backup protection fuses; the 40.5kV product uses plug-in full-range protection fuses;
  • No leakage: each enclosure undergoes a 50kPa/12-hour sealing test to ensure the oil tank is sealed and leak-free;
  • High-voltage dry-type bushing outgoing lines combined transformer in a common enclosure; easy wiring, allowing more incoming and outgoing line circuits for the high voltage, and at a relatively low cost;
