The Hua-style box transformer is developed by the Chinese people by drawing on the excellent heat dissipation performance of American transformers and the comprehensive protection functions of European transformers, optimizing a compact structural design. It solves the issues of insufficient protection in American transformers and poor heat dissipation in European transformers, and currently has promising market prospects.
- The photovoltaic Hua-style box transformer is divided into high-voltage compartment, low-voltage compartment, and transformer part, arranged in an 'L' shape or 'V' shape layout;
- Only oil-immersed transformers can be used in photovoltaic Hua-style box transformers; dry-type transformers cannot be used;
- The transformer body and radiators of the photovoltaic Hua-style box transformer are fully exposed outside the box, providing good heat dissipation. All other live compartments are sealed in separate chambers, with internal partitions isolating each compartment. The box is equipped with a manhole for ease of installation and maintenance;
- The box is made of cold-rolled steel or stainless steel, with smooth interior and exterior surfaces, free of rust, coating peeling, or impact damage. The coating layer is firm and uniform, without obvious contrast or reflections;
